Rules & Requirements

Recruitment: NOW OPEN to ALL Levels and Active Players.
Requirements to Join: - Any Level, Activeness ingame, communicating.
Meaning, Make sure you fit the correct Level requirments --Each Week AND/Or Chat/Play with the rest of the Guild.
--In Short, No Talk & we Kick, Camp at Same Level & we kick.
If you wish to join, please inform us here, or ingame.
For those who have to meet the 3 day Guild changing, please state what Day and time you left your previous guild. We can add you after a period of 72 hours have passed.




Guild Requirements
The following are the Requirements to Stay in the Guild.
These are subjected to Change based on chages to the game via Patching, events and other possibilites.
We Require Active Participation of all Crew members.


Activeness is determined by...
How often you level up your Profile/Driver (except when Max Level)
Interacting with other Crew (by training, racing with, or roleplaying)
Working within the guild.

ACTIVENESS is Not...
Log on to the Game everyday. Last Log on within 1 Day does not mean Active Participation.
Reaching Max-Level or Highest Driver Level does not mean Active Participation.
Leveling your Car up.
Racing in XR or being Fastest in Guild does not mean Active Participation.
Saying you are an Active Player.


Exceptions to Inactivity include...
Exam periods
Vacation (with Photo Proof afterwards)
Hardware/Connection Problems

Any reason to be away from the game, it's the Member's responsibility to inform guild managers 'Via Guild Forum posts' or Mailing.
Meaning if you have Exams or other reasons to be inactive, you must post it up on the forums.
It will not be accepted through Guild Chat.
Members Below Lv20 cannot post up their period in which they will become inactive.

Forumla on HOW we CHOOSE to KICK -Currently being Revised
Once a week the status of each Crew Member will be checked, and all managers will inform each other about crew activity.
Currently Checking on Sundays by Rider Viper. Messaging done by Monday.


Crew members will be Kicked out, if they do not meet the following leveling Requirements.
This May not apply to certain members who have discussed with the Management.
* If Below Lv10, Only 1 week will be given to reach over Lv10
* If Between Lv10 & 20, 1 week will be given to increase their lv by 4.
* If Between Lv20 & 30, 2 weeks will be given to increase their lv by 2. A message will be sent 1 week early warning you.
* If Between Lv30 & 35, 3 weeks will be given to increase their lv by 1. A message will be sent 1 Week early warning you.
* If Above Lv35, 3 weeks & Guild Management discussion.
Exceptions: Those at Highest possible Level, and those with a constant outside job, but will require to meet other requirements.

Example 1: You are Lv 15 on Saturday. On Sunday your info is checked. By next Saturday night you are lv 19. You get to stay in the guild.
Example 2: You are Lv 33 on Friday. On Sunday your info is checked. 3 weeks later your info is checked and you are still Lv 33 without any reason given that you have not leveled. You May be removed.
Example 3: You are lv 15 on Saturday. On Sunday your info is checked. You have exams from Monday to Friday. By next Saturday night you are lv 18. You meet with a guild manager and explain why you are not lv 19. You get to stay in the guild but a small "Black Star" is added to your record.



Crew members will be Kicked out, if they do not meet the following by Interacting with other crew members.
* Chatting &or Communicating with crew often - This means No Talk, And you get Kicked. For those that are Shy, we understand, so try PM or whisper some of us and get used to chatting with the guild. We are Friendly.
* Chatting &or Communicating nicely in a non vulgar manner. Any Arguments, please keep it clean, and cool down before you chat.
* Assisting/Helping other crew with missions (Partially required, if you are free to help)
* Guild Conquest (Required only if not enough to participate in GC)
Exceptions: Language Barrier - Will require some sort of way to communicate with guild managers.

Example 1: You have been online every single day, and managed to level up to lv 34. You only spoke to the Guild managers the day you joined. You have been in the guild for 2 weeks. You never chat with other members or party mission with them. You are removed.
Example 2: You have been online on weekends only, and level up to the minimum required level. You do not talk to anyone in the guild. You do Party-Missions very often with lower level guild crew. Other members inform managers of your service. You get to stay in the guild.



Crew members who work for the guild will be Demoted, if they do not meet the following working requirements.
These include Managers & Players who are responsible for their assigned job.
* Attending to their Assigned Job on a weekly basis. - Complete your assigned tasks, unless you have informed the managers.



Crew can be promoted to Manager only if they meet the following Requirements.
* Handling of assigned Tasks (while below Manager level)
* Assisting other Crew
* Display of Leadership (no "Noob" behavior or "I'm a Pro" behavior)
* Minimum 30 Days of being active in the Crew - with Management approval
* 60 Days of being active in the crew - with Management approval
* Assisting Low level crew to level up fast
Exceptions: -none-



-Those wondering what this "Black Star" is, it is only a mark to show that you did not meet a requirement but you did inform us just in time.
Too many "Black Stars" could mean a problem for us.
Please inform us early before hand to make things easier for us.
(Currently we are not too serious about this, we are still focusing on other areas)
